本文针对我国农业推广事业在发展过程中所困扰的问题，通过对中日两国农业推广体系的运行机制、队伍建设、推广活动以及资金制度等进行较深入的分析比较，借鉴其经验。

This article focused on the development problems of China's agricultural extension, compared and analyzed their running mechanism, personnel construction, extension activities and capital system, researched on the developing direction of how to establish and strengthen the agricultural extension system with Chinese characteristic using the experience of Japan.
