摘要
现阶段的国家品种审定制度亟待改革，加快建立适应社会主义市场经济体制的品种管理办法。国家对水稻、小麦、玉米、棉花作物品种实行审定；其余各类农作物实行认定。简化审定程序，完善审定制度。
The present national variety examination and approval system is needed to reform and should be established new variety management method according to Chinese Social Market Economic System The varieties of rice,wheat,corn and cotton should be examined and approved, other crops can just be approved It is necessary to simplify the procedure of examiantion and approval to perfect the method and to accelerate the speed of extension
