摘要
分析了5CrNiMo 钢制热锻模的加工工艺和服役早期失效的主要影响因素;进行了一系列热处理工艺试验、组织观察分析以及力学性能测定;确定了提高热锻模服役寿命的强韧化热处理工艺。
The reasons for the early failure of 5CrNiMo hot forging dies are analysed ac- cording to the manufacture processes and the service conditions.Different heat treatment pro- cesses are designed and the microstructures and the mechanical properties are examined. Some new processes that can prolong the service life of the forging dies of 5CrNiMo steel are provided.
