本文就BOD_5考核样品分析中,对于接种液进行了新的选择,采用江水水样进行接种,使BOD_5的考核样品在平时江水分析的质控合格率达98％以上,从而使接种液有了最佳的选择.该方法简单、方便、稳定性好,克服了已往BOD_5考核样品合格率偏低的现象,从而保证了BOD_5监测数据的准确性和可靠性,为有效的保证环境监测质量奠定了一定的基础.

Inculatting liquid was made a new selection in the analysis of BODscheck specimen in this paper. The qualified rate of BOD5 check specimen was more than 98 percnt in routine analgsis of river water aeopted water of the Nenjiang River as inculatting liquid. This method possessed the characteristics such as simple, conveniont and high stability, and over comed disadvantage of low qualified rate in past analysis of BOD5check specimen. So the accuracg and reliability of BOD5 monitoring datas were improved, and inspeclting quality in reutine monitoring of environment was ensured.
