本文对水污染物中申报登记过程中几项参数的计算进行了初步的探索,同时采用几种方法进行统计计算,基本上能够较全面的反映申报企业的水污染的水平.为排污许可证管理制度和总量控制工作奠定了一定的基础.

This present thesis has made a primary probe into the calculation that the dailg quantity and the waximum quantity of pollutants in the process of the water pollutants registration. At the same time, several calculiting methods have been used. On the whole it can reflect fhe txtent of pollntion in the enterprise report and has formed the base on the manasenent system and the total cortrol of the draining pouarion permit.
