本文对少数民族成人高职教育是我区现代化建设的需要,是成人教育改革的要求进行论述,强调了发展高职教育的紧迫性和重要性。同时对我校开展少数民族高职教育的有利与不利因素进行了分析,希望能引起大家对少数民族成人高职教育的重视。

This thesis discusses the necessity of the aclults higher vocational education for the minorty nationalities in the construction of xin Jiang Autonomous Region. In the writer's opinion. the abuclts vocational is also the requirement of the reform of the ahults education,the thesis emphasizes the urgency and the importance of developing the higher vocational education Meantime,it analysizes the advantages and disadvantages of developing the highter vocational eduction for the minorty nationalities in the Xin Jiang Emplovyee Insititute.
