下丘传入纤维的中脑外起源

摘要 用荧光金(FG)逆行束路追踪技术对15只大鼠下丘传入纤维的中脑外起源进行了研究,将FG注入一侧下丘后,在下列核区内可见到FG标记细胞:双侧下橄榄核(IOM)、外侧上橄榄核(LSO);双侧(以同侧为主)蓝斑(LOC)、听皮质(AC);同侧内侧膝状体(MG)、内侧上橄榄核(MSO)、橄榄旁侧(SPN)、斜方体腹侧核(VTB)、未定带(ZI)、穹窿周核(PEF);对侧蜗神经腹前核(AVCN)、蜗神经腹后核(PVCN)、蜗神经背侧核(DCN)、斜方体外侧核(LTB)、三叉神经脊束核(NTST)。结果提示,下丘不仅是听觉传导路的重要中继核,而且可能是多种功能的整合中枢。 The afferent fibrous origins of inferior colliculus from brain(out of midbrain)have been studied by using a retrograde tracing technique.After FG was injected into left inferior colliculus in rats,FG retrogradely labelled-cells were found in the following nuclei:bilateral inferior olive nucleus (IOM)and lateral superior olive nucleus(LSO);bilateral(mainly ipsilateral)locus ceruleus(LOC)and auditory cortex(AC);ipsilateral midial geniculate nucleus(MG);midial superior olive nucleus(MSO),superior paraolivary nucleus(SPN), ventral nucleus of the trapezoid body(VTB),zone incerta(ZI),peritornical nucleus(PEF);contralateral anterior ventral cochlear nucleus(AVCN),posterior ventral cochlear nucleus(PVCN),dorsal cochlear nucleus(DCN),lateral nucleus of the trapezoid body(LTB)and nucleus of the spinal tract of the trigeminal nerve(NTST).
