Experimental Study on the Tonic Action of An Kang Wan

报告安康丸煎液对吗啡依赖性小鼠免疫器官和小鼠抗寒能力以及对小鼠实验性“阴虚证”和“阳虚证”的影响。结果表明本品能提高吗啡依赖性小鼠免疫功能，增强小鼠对寒冷的耐受力，减轻实验性阳虚动物的证候，减少死亡率。未发现本品对实验性阴虚动物模型有调节作用。

This paper reports the influeces of An Kang Wan decoction on the immune organs of morphin-dependent mouse,cold-resistant ability of mouse and experimental'insufficiency of yin'and'insufficiency of yang'syndromes.The results showed that this preparation could elevate the immunologic function of morphin-dependent mouse,enhance the tolerance of mouse to cold,abate the symp toms of experimental animals of insufficiency of yang and decrease the mortality.No regulatory action on the experimental animal model of insufficiency of yin was observed.
