聚合酶链反应快速诊断中枢神经系统感染性疾病

Rapid Diagnosis of Infectious Diseases in Central Nervous System by Polymerase Chain Reaction

应用聚合酶链反应技术（ＰＣＲ）对１０６例中枢神经系统感染性疾病进行单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型（ＨＳＶ┐Ｉ）、巨细胞病毒（ＣＭＶ）及结核杆菌（ＴＢ）３项基因检测结果。ＨＳＶ┐Ｉ阳性１０例，ＣＭＶ阳性１３例，ＴＢ阳性１９例，３种病原体总检出率为３９．６％（４２／１０６）。该试验具有特异性强、敏感性高、简便快速等优点，有利于早期诊断。

Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) was used to detect gene of herpes simplex virus I(HSV I),cytomegalovirus(CMV)and tubercle bacillus(TB) of HSV I,13 cases of CMV and 19 cases of TB were detected,the total positive rate of three pathogens was 39 6%(42/106).The PCR results could be positive even on the first days of onset.PCR was indicated as a specific,sensitive,simple and rapid method to detect infectious diseases in central nervous system.
