硬膜外阻滞中寒战与低温的关系 被引量:1

摘要 随机选择腹部以下手术80例,分为4组,每组20例,常规硬膜外麻醉。第1组患者术中所使用的输液液体、局麻药、消毒液在使用前常规加温至35℃;第2组的液体、局麻药加温;第3组的液体加温;第4组所用的滴体均不加温。观察4组中患者寒战情况,结果显示第1组的寒战率明显低于其它3组,第2组与第3组之间无明显差异,第4组则高于其它3组。证明输液液体的低温是硬膜外阻滞中寒战的主要原因。其机理可能是由于低温的液体进入体内后导致机体大量热能丧失。提示保温。 Eighty adult patients with epidural anesthesia were ramdomly divided into four groups.In the first group the fluids,local anesthetic drugs and disinfections used in operation were heated to 35℃ before surgery.In the second,the fluids and local anesthetic drugs were heated.In the third,only fluids were heated.In the fourth,no one was heated.Observering the rate of shivering among four groups, the results showed that the rate of shivering in the first group was striking different than that in other groups.It was the same between 1st and 2nd.The rate in the 4th group was higher than others.It showed that low temperature fluids was the primaty cause of shivering during epidural anesthesia.It was due to low temperature fluids taken into the body made the energy lost.
