摘要
采用巩膜硅胶带环扎术或巩膜硅胶带环扎加垫压术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离１１４例。临床疗效较好，术后３个月随访，治愈率为９１．２％，与其病程、范围。
The author reports 114 cases of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment treated with sclera silastic band cerclage or this method with the addition of extrascleral pressing surgery.These patients were followed up for 3 months,the clinical effect was better and the cure rate was 91 2% which was relevant to the course of disease,spectrum of lesion,hyperplasia and adhesion.
