摘要
本文从麦克斯韦方程组和动量、能量守恒定律两个不同方来阐述β2εr>1是Cerenkov自由电子激光辐射的必要条件。
It is concluded that β2εr>1 is an essential condition of Cerenkov free-electron laser's radiation in two different ways:one is the Maxwell's equations;the other is the law of conservation monention and energy.
