本文对电子电荷的测定时，找出计量时间所带来的误差原因，改变了计量时间的措施，使得在测量中，操作简单，数据准确。
in mesasuring electronic charge, error causes by metrical time are found and the measures formetrical time are improved so that the operation is straightforward and data are accurate.
