摘要
采用双波长薄层扫描法,对牛黄清肺散中黄芩甙的含量进行测定,在聚酰胺板上分离,以36％醋酸-水(10:0.9)为展开剂,紫外灯下定位后测定含量,本法准确、稳定、灵敏、简便,平均回收率101.28%。
A TLC scanning method has been established for determination of baicalin content in niuhuang qingfei pulveres, This method includes separating with 36% HAc-H2O(10: 0. 9) on polyamide plates and determinating with Shimadzu CS-930 TLC scanner. The result showed that this method is sample,accurate,sensitive and stable. The average recovery was 101. 28%.
