高空缺氧对心率变异性的影响

摘要 对12名非医学原因初教停飞学员在地面上升前、5 000m高空停留30min和降回地面即刻的心率变异性(Heart Rate Variability,HRV)研究结果表明:高空缺氧状态下心率加快、HRV降低;降回地面瞬间心率恢复正常、HRV增大。 Heart rate variability (HRV) was measured in 12 medical students on the ground,after 30 minutes' stay at the 5 000-meter altitude and instantly after landing on ground. The results showed that their heart rate quickened and HRV decreased under the condition of altitude hypoxia; Their heart rate restored to normal and HRV increased at landing.
