导泻清洁肠道对血离子的影响

Influence of catharsis for cleaning the intestinal tube on the concentrations of serumal ions

对37例需纤维结肠镜检查的患者导泻前后血离子水平作了检测。结果显示:导泻后血钾、钠、氯、镁(SK、SNa、SCl、SMg)均显著低于导泻前;血钙、磷 (SCa、SP)和CO_2CP导泻前后无显著差异;导泻后体重显著降低。说明导泻会使K、Na、Cl、Mg和体液大量丢失,术前应予以补充。

The concentrations of serumal ions pre-and post-catharsis were measured in 37 patients who received fibercolonoscopy. The results showed that the serumal concentrations of potassium, sodium, chlorine and magnesium (SK , SNa , SCl, SMg ) post-catharsis were significantly lower than those pre-catharsis;the serumal concentrations of calcium, phosphorus (SCa,SP) and carbondioxide combining power (CO2CP) were non-significantly different;the body weights post-catharsis were significantly lower than those pre-catharsis. It is demonstrated that catharsis for cleaning the intestinal tube can cause a great loss of potassium,sodium,chlorine,magnesium and body fluid,all of which should be supplemented before fibercolonoscopy.
