This is a report of 74 cases of traumatic posterior dislocation of the hip reduced,withexcellent clinical results,by hand with the Improved Stimoson's method designed by the authors.This method of reduction is introduced in dead and the pathogeny and manual method of reductionare analyzed biomechanically.
