摘要
本文着重介绍了摩托车制动蹄块外圆加工的正确计算模型和加工方法,使加工出的蹄块在制动状态和轮毂完全贴合,制动效果达到并超过国标(GB5382—85)规定的要求.
The purpose of this paper is mainly to introduce the correct calculating model and machining method for cutting the cylindrical surface on the motorcycle brake shoe so as to make the brake shoe contact completely with the brake hub on-position, and make the braking efficiency up to or over the requirement of Chinese Standard GB5382-85.
