摘要
对21例慢性肺心病并发呼吸衰竭患者进行肺内分流水平测定。结果表明,慢性肺心病并发Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭肺内分流为12.04±1.60%,Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭12.34±1.60%,平均分流12.19±1.38%,显著高于正常人的生理性肺内分流3.65±1.69%(P<0.001),具有病理生理学意义。肺内分流水平测定可作为呼吸衰竭缺氧原因分析及早期发现肺内病变的辅助方法,在疗效评价方面也有一定的价值。
Intrapulmonary shunt was detected in 21 cases of chronic cor pulmonale complicated with respiratory failure. Result:Intrapulmonay shunt rate of the chronic cor pulmonale complicating type Ⅰ respiratory failure cases was 12.04±1.26%, and the type Ⅱ respiratory failure cases 12. 34±1.60%, average level 12.19±1.38%. It is obviously higher than the normal level 3.65±1.69%(P<0.001). The shunt detection can help to analyse the cases of respiratory failure hypoxia and discover early pathologic change in the lungs.
