摘要
本文报道再次心脏瓣膜替换术９例，其中因外科技术所致再次替换术３例，因生物瓣膜破损而手术５例，术后细菌性心内膜炎手术１例，置入瓣膜１１枚，无１例死亡。作者对再次瓣膜替换手术的适应症和手术操作等方面进行了探讨。

Among them three cases had the secondcardiac valve replacement due to the surgical tech-nology , 1 had the operation due to the broken bio-valve, 1 had the post - operative bacterial ebdo-carditis , implanted 11 valves, none of them died. Itdiscussed the indications and operation techique ofthe second cardic valve replaceinent.
