摘要
本文对128名残疾儿童进行了营养状况的综合评价,结果表明残童的食物结构不合理,1~6岁残童食物摄人种类少,数量低,质量差;7~16岁残童,动物性食品、有色蔬莱供给少,从而导致残童热量、蛋白质、钙、铁、维生素A、B2、C等多种营养素摄入严重不足,生长发育等多项指标与同龄健康儿童比较多为下等与中下等,维生素A、B2缺乏症及缺铁性贫血的检出率较高。

Kinds, quantity, quality of thefoods which one to six-year-old disabledchildren absorbed were not good, seven tosixteen year - old disabled children didn'tget enough animal foods and colored vegetables so that they had severely deficient nu-trient intake on quantity of heat, protein.calcium ,iron, VA,VB2 and Vc. In compari-son with healthy children, the disabledchildren's level of growth were medium-Iow and low-grade, the detectable rate ofVA, VB2 deficiency and iron-deficieiicy ane-mia were very high.
