6 patients with delusional depressionwere divided into trimipramine group andamitriptyline with perphenazine group andassessed by HAMD and BPRS. The courseof treatment were six weeks. The resultshowed the effective rate of two groupswere 88.90% and 83.3% , the effectual ratewas both 77.8%. The scores of HAMD andBPRS of two groups obviously decreased.There was less side effects in trimipraminegroup.
