微波在肿瘤针吸细胞免疫组化染色中应用的体会

2.KNOWLEDGE OF USING MI-COROWAVE IN TUMOR NEDDLE CELLSIMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL STAINING.

取肿瘤针吸细胞学涂片３０例，应用微波处理行免疫组化染色。经微波处理在３Ｏｍｉｎ内可完成免疫组化标记，大大缩短了标记时间，细胞不易脱落，抗原保存好，内源酶阻断效果良好，且背景清晰，染色满意。在操作中应注意控制微波炉的功率、作用时间及温度。微波应用不仅提高了细胞学免疫组化技术的效果，而且在临床肿瘤细胞学的诊断具有一定实用价值。

Using microwave, immunohis-tochemical staining was given to 30 tumor-neddle cytologic smears. The immunohis-tochemical label could be finished in 30 min-utes which was much shorter than before.The cells were uneasy to get scaling , andhad good antigen and endegenic enzymeblocking with clear background and satisfactory staining. It should be paid attentionto controI the power, the time of action andthe temperature of the microwave stove dur-ing the operation, The use of the microwavehas not only improved the effect of the cyto-logic immunohistochemicaI technology , butalso had practical value in diagnosing clini-caI turnor cytology.
