β转化生长因子启动骨膜成骨的实验观察 被引量:1

摘要 作者应用新生 SD 大鼠进行了β转化生长因子(TGFβ)在体内启动骨膜成骨的实验观察。结果表明,外源性的 TGFβ能够引起局部膜内骨、软骨、软骨内骨化的成骨过程,最终导致新生骨的形成,而且具有一定的时间和剂量依赖特性。TGFβ在体内骨环境中的成骨效应,说明其对骨形态发生、发育起到重要的调控作用。
