提高矫正性大动脉转位并心脏畸形外科治疗效果的探讨
摘要
自1985年9月至1994年4月为33例矫正性大动脉转位并心脏畸形施行手术治疗,其中 SLL 型31例,IDD 型2例。手术修复室间隔缺损28例,肺动脉狭窄29例,房间隔缺损15例,左侧房室瓣成形2例,缝合未闭动脉导管和改良 Fontan 手术各1例。手术死亡5例,手术死亡率15.7%;晚期死亡1例。生存27例,经2个月至9年随访,效果满意。
