钙拮抗药治疗高血压时对靶器官的保护作用

摘要目前,抗高血压药物治疗的目标已不限于降低血压,而是要求减少各种并发症,预防和治疗高血压引起的靶器官病理改变,提高生活质量。钙拮抗药具有这种器官保护作用,已成为抗高血压的首选药。本文综述这方面的临床及实验研究近况。
