On Strengthening and Improving the Party Branch Construction in Colleges and Universities

加强和改进党支部建设是当前全面加强党的建设的关键所在。根据高等院校的特点，阐述了“一中心，两加强”的党支部工作方针；并在分析了党支部的组织建设、思想建设、作风建设存在的问题的基础上，提出了加强党支部建设的思路和对策。

Strengthening and improving the construction of the Party Branches is key to strengthening the Party Construction in an all--round way at present. In view of the characteristics of colleges and universities, this paper elaborates the Party branches' work policy of ' one centre, two strengthenings'. After analyzing the problems in the Party branch construe-'non concerning organization, style and ideology, the paper also gives some ideas and measures about the strengthening of the Party branch construction.
