做服务青年学生成才的良师益友──论分团委书记的作用和素质

A Good Teacher and Helpful Friend of Students in Their Progress:the Role and Quality of a Youth League Sub-Committee Secretary

我校各分团委是直接教育、管理和服务所属团员学生的基层团组织。在新形势下，分团委书记应把服务青年学生成才作为加强团的建设的切人点和突破口，在为团员的思想进步和学习进步创造环境等方面发挥良师益友的作用，同时，分团委书记还必须具有较高的政治和业务素质。

Youth League Sub-committees of our university are grass-rootorganizations directly involved in educating, disciplining and serving their member students. In the present situation, a sub-committee secretary should take service to students in their progress as breakthough point for thestrengthening of the Youth League construction, and work as good teacher and helpful friend creating fowoutable conditions for students' progress, both idelolgical and academic. In addition, he or she must be politically and progessionally qualified.
