摘要
《教师法》实施以来．广东省领导重视，政府努力为教师办实事，重视教师队伍素质的提高，取得了好成绩。但在教师待遇到位、教师队伍建设等方面仍存在不少问题，必须引起高度重视。各级人大必须确立正确的观念，下大决心，采取切实有力措施，加强对《教师法》实施的检查监督，保障教师合法权益。
