Market Foreign Exchange Rate and Foreign Exchange Rate Market

本文从对外汇汇率和外汇市场的分析出发,阐述了目前我国外汇管理体制改革所处的阶段和特点,说明实现人民币成为可自由兑换货币的过程,实际上是一个逐步深入的汇率市场化和市场汇率化过程。

Based on the analysis of foreign exchange rale and foreign exchange rate market, this paper deals with the current stage and characteristics of reform on foreign exchange rate controll system, and consequently concludes that the process for RMBto become free-exchangeable currency is actually a process, in which the foreign exchange rate should only be adjusted by the relation between apply and demand of foreign exchange, and at the same lime, the foreign exchange market level influenced by the foreign exchange rate.
