The Development of Full Automatic Angular Injection Mold With Driving Wedge

成功研制的全自动角式斜楔注射成型机,采用了斜楔式增力结构,结构简单,性能稳定,大幅度地降低了主电机的装机容量和整机的能量消耗。

A full automatic angular injection mold was successfully developed, which took the specially desiged wedge to drive injection mechanism for increasing the injection force significantly. This injection mold enjoys its features such as compact bulk, simple constructure, reliable performance and easy operation, and therefore considerably de-creases the power of main motor required for doing injection and the enrgy consumption.
