本文从学报反映范围、总体质量、编辑人员素质,社会效应等多方面分析了学报目前存在的问题,探索联合多方位办专业性学报的可能性和优越性。

This paper analysed the sphere concerned, total quality, quality of editorial staff and social effect of the journals of colleges and universities, and at the same time, in-quired the possibility and advantages of special academic magazins which are to be editedand published by some academic insitutes in combination with social units.
