摘要
本文以C6140车床为对象,论述了脉冲激振法测定系统动态性能的数学原理、试验方法及信号分析与处理的特点;测定了机床头架、尾架等部件的固有频率、阻尼系数等,为机床的结构设计和使用提供了参考依据。
The mathematical principle for determining system dynamic function with the impulsive excitation, the test method and the characteristics of the signal analysis and processing are delt with in this paper by taking CA6140 Lathe as the example. The intrinsic frenquency and resistance cofficient of the head and tail of the machine tool are determined. The results provided here would be helpful to the structure design and application the machine tools.
