摘要
本实验根据催化动力学原理,利用分光光度法测定水中微量Fˉ。稍经陈化后的二氯氧锆(ZrOCl_2)和二甲酚橙(XO)作用生成红色络合物,存在少量的Fˉ可以加速反应,并且在一定的范围内,反应速度与Fˉ的浓度成正比。
A spectrophotometric method which is on the basis ofprinciples of catalytic kinetics for determining F-contained in running water is dealt with in this paper. ZrOCl2, after having matured for a while, reacts with XO, and forms the red complexes, but the speed of the reaction is very slow. Trace F-could quicken the reaction proportionally to the F-concentration.
