摘要
为制定辐照食品的卫生标准。验证 ̄60Co8KGy剂量辐照扒鸡的灭菌效果,应用国家标准GB4789.2.3.4.5.10.11一84对辐照后的扒鸡进行检验。结果表明, ̄60Co8KGy辐照后.扒鸡室温保存21d符合要求者达90%以上,明显优于未辐照样品。

order to draft
the national hygienic standard of irradiatedfood and verify the
bactericidal effectiveness of 8 kGy60Co dosage toirradiate roast
chicken, we tested the irradiated roast chicken usingthe methods of
national hygienic standards 4789.2,3,4, 5,10,11一84.The result
indicated that afterthe roast chicken irradiated by 8kGy60Co and
keeping in room temperature for21 d,the compliance ratewas over 90%
Which significantly better than non-irradiated samples.
