摘要 应用黑腹果蝇(yB/Yy ̄+♂)×(yw/yw♀)测试系统就HDMF诱发生殖细胞非整倍体效应进行了研究。结果表明,HDMF能够诱发yB/Yy+(♂)与yw/yw(♀)3龄幼虫性染色体之非整倍体突变.主要机制以直接损害DNA导致染色体断裂继而丢失为主;而对yw/yw(♀)成蝇。HDMF仅在高剂量时有诱变活性.其原因可能与HDMF难以穿透靶细胞(卵母细胞)外的坚厚卵壳有关。 AbstractHDMF(4 hydroxy-2,5-dimethyl一3(2H)一 furanone)is a synthetic flavorthat has dist inct mutagenicity. In present paper,HDMF was tested forfurther investigating the aneugenic hazard to the eukaryotic germobserved.HDMF also significantly induced chromosome loss(CL)in allgroups and chromosome gain(CG ) only at 2.0lmg/mL level.(2) Afterpermitting adults to feed on HDMF,significantly increases were found inyw/yw(♀)for aneuploidy and CL only at 1.20mg/mL level.The reason isprobable that HDMF may have difficulty in penetrating the chorionatedoocytes.But when its 3-instar larvae Were exposed to HDMF at 0.99,1.99and 3.97mg/mL, the frequencies of aneuploidy had significant increases inthe control, while both rates of CL and CG were similiar but the increasesdid not attain statistical significance. In general, the above resultsindicated that HDMF has a distinct aneuploidy activity on the eukaryoticgerm cells.
