摘要
对于中国及其大西南来说,1995年是又一个希望之年、奋斗之年,是承前启后的十分重要的一年。在世纪之交的钟声离我们越来越近的时候,今年既要为中国经济发展的“八五”计划画上一个圆满的句号,又要为“九五”计划谱写一曲雄壮的前奏,真是任重而道远! 经济建设是一切工作的中心。中央要求,今年要进一步处理好改革、发展、稳定的关系,加快建立社会主义市场经济体制,实现国民经济持续、快速、健康发展和社会全面进步。那么,大西南将如何联系自己的实际贯彻实施?将采取哪些新的举措呢?为此,本刊特请五省区的领导发表了如下一些颇有气派、见地的想法和意见。
New Economic Measures of Southwest China in 1995 For China and Southwest China,the year of 1995 means promise,struggle and a link between the past and future .The central government demands that we should deal with the relation between reform and developement,speed up the establishment of socialist market economic system, and realize the steady, fast and healthy development of national economy. Then, what measures will be taken in Southwest China? The leaders of the five provinces and autonomous reagions put forward some ideas and suggestions.
