Zhou Jianhua is the general manager of Chengdu's first medical chicken hot pot restaurant.Jointly run by Zhou Jianhua and Zhang Jinwei,their medical chicken hot pot restaurant in Wangping Street of Chengdu stormed the catering industry of the city and ignited the enthusiasm for medical chicken hot pot among the people. With their Wangping Street business prospering,Zhou Jianhua opened branch restaurants in Chengdu, Mianyang,Dyang and Leshan and initiated a medical chicken hot pot hotel in Shanxi's capital Taiyuan.In 1995 Zhou Jianhua has registered his Sichuan Shenren Medifood Industrial Co., an effort to diversify medical food for further development.
