摘要
本文研究了导电炭黑、抗静电剂(SH—105)对半硬质PVC材料抗静电性能的影响.实验表明:导电炭黑、抗静电剂在PVC材料中的含量均有一个最佳范围。湿度对抗静电剂改性PVC材料的电性能有较大的影响,而温度对导电炭黑改性PVC材料的电性能几乎没有影响。抗静电剂在PVC材料中具有迁移性,因此,这种材料不具有永久性防静电效果..此外,导电炭黑与抗静电剂并用时,对PVC材料的防静电性能能没有协同效应.
The effect of the electric carbon black or antistatic agent (SH-105) on the antistatic property of the semirigid PVC blend is stUdied. The experiments show that the additive magnitude of the electric carbon black or antistatic agent to the PVC blend has a optimum magnitude. The humidity has a lot of effect on the PVC blend modified by the antistatic agent (SH-105). but has little effect on the PVC blend modified by the electric carbon black. And the antistatic agent in the PVC bleno has migration so that it has not permanent antistatic effect. More over. when the Carbon black and the antistatic agent are both added to PVC blend. the antistatic property of the PVC blend has not coordinated effect.
