利用蝌蚪红细胞微核和核异常法监测苏州城区生活污水 被引量:4

Detection of Urban Domestic Wastewater Pollution of Suzhou by Micronuclei and Other Nuclear Anomalies of Erythrocytes of Tadpoles

摘要 本文利用中华大蟾蜍(Bufogargarizanscantor)变态前蝌蚪的血细胞微核和核异常法进行生活污水污染的诱变活性研究,结果表明:生活污水对蝌蚪红细胞有明显的致突变效应,微核率及核异常率与对照相比差异极显著(t<0.01)。 In this study a test using the erythrocytes of the tadpoles of the toad(Bufo gargarizans cantor), for micronucleus (MN) and other nuclear anomalies (ONA) was developed as a new monitoring system for the mutagenic activity of the urban domestic wastewater. The results shown that the frequency of MN and ONA of the wastewater groups was satistically higher than that of control group (t < 0. 01). Our results indicated that Suzhou urban domestic wastewater have strong mutagenic and carinogenic effect.
