摘要
During the transitional stage from planning economics to socialist marketing economics,theagriculture,the rural areas and the peasants are widely concerned in the Chinese socio-econom-ic development.The majority of Chinese live in the countryside.It is difficult to implement theXIAO-KANG program and the global health strategy(Health for ALL)in rural China, especial-ly in the Poor areas.
