摘要
对旬邑、东兰及施秉3个贫困县农民在县、乡、村三级医疗机构的门诊及住院医药费的研究表明。3个县的次均门诊费用,村卫生室分别为5.3元、5.5元及 1.8元,乡卫生院分别为10.3元、7.7元及3.3元,县医院分别为13.3元、8.4元及9.0元;3个县的次均住院费用,乡卫生院分别为128元、117元及111元,县医院分别为461元、325元及342元。1993年人均医药费用,旬邑县60.2元、东兰县25.7元、施秉县13.0元,分别占农民人均净收入的9.2％、4.0％及2.6％。3县农民人均门诊医药费用分别为41.1元、16.4元及5.3元,人均住院医药费分别为19.1元、9.3元及7.7元。
A study on the outpatient and the inpatient medical care fees paid to helth facilities at county down-ship and village levels was carried out in the three poor counties. The basic medical care services was simply defined as those that can be provided by health providers at county, township and village levels in poor areas. The result showed that the annual expenditure on basic medical care per capita in 1993 was 60. 2yuan, 25. 7yuan and 13. 0 yuan, accounting for9. 2%, 4. 0%and 2. 6%of the annual income per capita in Xunyi. Donglan and Shibing, respectively. The annual outpatient fees per capita were41.1 yuan. 16. 4yuan and 5. 3yuan while the annual inpatient fees per capita were 19. 1yuan. 9. 3yuan and 7. 7yuan respectively in the three counties.
