In this papers anther consider that mass expressed by the static mass and the danamic mass. The static mass is by internal motion of matter. The danamic mass is decided by external motion of matter. Mass is generally measure as quantity of matter. In the last place auther discuss stabitity of mass,activity of energy and momentum.
