摘要
本文介绍了测量超短脉冲宽度的二次谐波法(SHG法)的原理和实验装置,并利用该方法对YAG锁模激光器的锁模脉宽进行了测量,同时研究了测量时调节光路的具体方法。
The theory and the set of the SHG method is described, and the pnlse width of mode-looking YAG laser is measured by the SHG method,and we analyse the problem how to adjust the optical circut.
