摘要
本文根据文献[1]的研究结论,在全面分析影响麻花钻断面形状及尺寸各种因素的基础上,建立目标函数、数学模型及约束条件,用优化设计求解最佳断面尺寸,使塑性成形时金属合理流动,达到消除裂纹的目的。
In accordance with the results of the Ref. Literature(1),the affecting factors of the section pattern and the section dimension of the twist drills were analysed in the paper. On this basis, a target function and a mathematical model, as well as restraint terms were set up. The idealest section dimention of the twist drill was worked out by the optimizational design. As a result, metal flowing would be reasonable and cracking would be eliminated as plastic deformation took place.
