摘要
企业公共关系的核心是树立良好的企业形象,这就必须把握形象设计与投资的正确方向,了解企业形象未来的变动情况,从而有的放失,制定有效的公关策略。本文探讨马尔可夫预测方法预测企业形象未来状态。
Establishing fine business images is the core of the public relation of the business.Therefore, the correct direction in images design and investment should be gained. At the same, time the changes of the circumstances about the business images should be understood. Thus, an effective public relation tacticcould be worked out. In this paper,Markov forecast methods were used as a powerful tool.
