摘要
本文研究了液态模锻主要工艺参数(比压、开始加压时间、模具温度、保压时间等)对制件表面粗糙度和收缩率的影响,给出了试验曲线以及表面粗糙度的变化范围,为液态模锻精密成形工艺提供了依据。
The effect of primary technological parameters for melted metal squeezing,such as specific pressure, duration between the end of pouring and the beginning of pressurization, die temperature and the time of holding pressure on surface roughness and the contraction percentage of workpieces are studied. The test curve and the range of the surface roughness were given. And basis was provided for melted metal squeezing precision forming technology.
