摘要
本文简要论述了液态氨球罐应力腐蚀裂纹发生的机理,阐明了液氨球罐焊后整体热处理的必要性,推荐了一种适合我国国情并在实践中证明是成功的特大型球罐焊后整体热处理方法——带均温伞罩(或高温抽风装置)的燃油高速喷嘴内燃法。并介绍了用这种方法进行5000m^3特大型液氨球罐焊后热处理的热工计算与成功实例。
This paper explains the indispensability of post-welding whole heat treatment of liquid ammonia spherical tank. A technique for such treatment of extra-large-size spherical tank-method by internal combustion of fast-sprayed oil under soaking wrap-which seems well suited to domestic conditions and proved success in practice was recommended. Thermodynamical calculation for a 5000m3 spherical tank using stated method of heat treatment and an example successfully using that were described.
