北京西客站1800t门顶塔楼的安装技术

摘要 北京西客站门顶钢塔楼结构纯高度51m、总重1800t。本文介绍了该塔楼钢结构的制造和现场安装(包括拼装、滑移、提升、就位等)以及45m钢衍架(门梁)预应力张拉等施工技术、安装系采用液压千斤顶整体同步提升新工艺,它的成功在建筑史上是一次开拓性尝试,有重要意义。 The pavilion-carrying gateway top girder of Beijing West Passenger's Railway Station is 51m in height and 1800t in weight. This paper describes the technique used for fabrication and erection (including assembling, sliding, measuring, welding, hoisting, positioning etc. ) of the pavilion as well as prctcnsioning of the 45m-span truss girder. Hoisting was carried out by a new technique of synchronic raise with hydralic jacks. Success of the erection is a result of an initiative efforts.
