长距离中压输水管道施工技术

TECHNOLOGY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF LONG-DISTANCE MID-PERSSURIZED WATER TRANSMISSION PIPELINE

摘要 本文叙述了巴基斯坦长37.1km输水管道施工技术。该工程设计工作最高压力3.6MPa,试验压力5.4MPa。试压段长3.2~6km;焊接试压分别执行美国水工协会API 1140和英国CP 2010标准,外防腐执行BS534,内衬执行美国AWAC 602标准。本工程野外作业,施工难度大,且在国际监理下施工。 This paper discussed the technology for construction of 37. 1km long water transmission pipeline in Parkistan. According to design, the pipeline should be able to sustain a highest working pressure of 3. 6 MPa and to test under a pressure of 5. 4 MPa. The length of pipeline to be tested is 3. 2-6km. Welds of pipeline were scheduled for test according to American standard API 1140 and British standard CP 2010. It should be corrosion resistant externally according to standard BS534 and with performance of liner conforming to American standard AWAC 602. Construction of the project in-situ has been undertaken in trouble some conditioas and under supervision of international agency.
